We offer personal (one-on-one & small group) training by appointment to meet your needs.  All training is provided by a Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience in both fitness and post-rehab training.  Whether its getting started on a first-time fitness program, a comprehensive fitness valuation, getting back to exercise after injury, sport-specific training to improve your performance on the field or on the court, losing a few pounds and inches for the upcoming Spring and Summer seasons...we can provide consultations to help you identify your needs and develop a plan to help you achieve your short and long-term health and fitness goals.  CALL NOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT!
 
OUR NEW "ZUMBA® FITNESS" CLASSES (as seen on KING 5 NEWS)
WHAT IS IT? It's a hot new Latin-style fitness workout using simple, fun and high energy moves that anyone can follow.  Beginners and experienced group exercisers will get a their body moving and their blood boiling in every class...inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music flavors from around the world.  Since Zumba® Fitness was brought to the US in 1999 (by Colombian native Alberto “Beto” Perez, a celebrity fitness trainer and choreographer for International pop superstars) it has become one of the fastest-growing, dance-based fitness crazes in the country, with people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and body-beautifying benefits.  CLASSES NOW OFFERED ON FRIDAY EVENINGS AT 6:30 PM.

Westsound Taekwondo is also a CERTIFIED PERSONAL SAFETY CENTER offering the acclaimed "CDT ~ Non-deadly Force Training" program.  Not a a martial art, but a safety course tailored to everyday people, based on education and simple techniques that will empower you to be more aware, build confidence and help you live a safer life.  Classes can be organized for any individual or small group.  We can also provide these classes on site at your business or local community center.  Training seminars can be held for all age levels: TRAINING for LIFE (Adults - 18 & over), TEENSAFE (ages 13-17), KNOW & Go, Part I (4-7 yrs old), and KNOW & GO, Part II (8-12 yrs old).  To host a training session on-site at your location, please contact us at least 30 days prior to your desired date.
